Gentlemen, I think we changed the way we look at being members of this clan.

I think it's time we took a little more pride in our clan, and in our fellow members. This needs to be a place you want to be, and I aim to make sure that is so. If you have any issues, come to me. I can take care of nearly anything. For major decisions, I need to speak with Kami, because he's in charge, but for most issues, let me know what's on your mind. Even if it isn't related to gaming, or even to the clan, I'm not a bad guy to talk to. Kami is the leader, and he makes the final decisions around here. He does the tech-heavy stuff on the server, and he deals with server companies and crying children in the server. If you need something, come to me. You should all have my Xfire (eftenmouse), and if I'm not on there, or AFK, send me a PM on the forums. In order to try and change the way we view this, we are, with the help of Pierce, who manages the website in its entirety, going to put up a new members page. No more link to xfire clan page for us; we're all moving up in the world. It'll have a little blurb about you, your xfire, and approximately when you joined. If you'd like to see anything in your blurb, let me know.

I've noticed with the last rollcalls that we seem to have a lot more members in xfire than we do active anywhere else. I understand people get busy (I was gone for thirteen months!) so just let us know what's going on and we aren't going to kick you for inactivity. I want you guys to sign the rollcalls so that we can have an idea of who is actually active. When it comes to things like admin, activity is one of the things we factor in.

If you guys have anything you'd like to add, or that you think would be a good idea to get people to feel pride in thier clan, let me know. Developments are developing; that's all for now.

Well put, Mouse. Activity weighs heavy in the process of deciding who get's
admin, but it also weighs heavy on the way we look at our leaders. Admirable and
